Processing & Shipping Times
The estimated shipping timeframe for each product is stated on the individual product page. As some KARGA products are sold during production, orders may not be ready for immediate dispatch.
For example, a product may be listed as “Ships end of September.”
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Estimated shipping dates are subject to reasonable changes due to production or logistics delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees according to local regulations.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delays & Delivery
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production, carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
For products sold during production, the estimated dispatch period stated on the product page may be subject to change. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified by email.
KARGA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, or for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing your tracking information.
